ZS's People Experience has been designed to enable accelerated learning, helping ZSers to create impact for the client at all times. Our recruitment practices have evolved from social media sourcing to machine learning for identifying the right skills and prospective ZSers.

ZS has a comprehensive integration and development program in place, which helps enhance the skills and expertise of ZSers. Our flagship onboarding program has been designed to help new ZSers get acquainted with ZS and also create a fail-safe environment to help them experience simulated real-time case studies.

The integration of new ZSers continues till they are settled in ZS and in their respective teams. Everyone in ZS has a dedicated development coach, whose focus is on providing on-going coaching& feedback which helps in shape their career in ZS.
